Should anything need to be removed or replaced, additional charges may apply.

Certain tasks, such as HVAC repairs, bathtub plumbing, extensive plumbing or electrical repairs, flooring installation, housekeeping/turn cleans, and appliance repairs, are outside our scope. We will promptly notify you of any issues discovered during our walkthrough so you can arrange for other vendors to handle these repairs. All materials needed for the make ready process should be provided by your maintenance shop.
